Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit to find out what we are inheriting, fix the urgent problems, and then put it on the same care schedule as everything else we manage.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
For maintenance clients, we isolate, clean, restore from backups, and close the hole, and it is covered by the plan. It also almost never happens, because patching on time prevents the common attacks.
