Code of conduct and business ethics
How we expect ourselves, the companies we operate, and the partners we work with to behave. These commitments let a prospective customer confirm that we already meet the supplier standards they hold their vendors to.
Key takeaways
- We operate lawfully and with integrity, and we hold the companies we own to the same standard.
- We prohibit bribery and corruption in any form, consistent with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the United Kingdom Bribery Act.
- We do not tolerate forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking in our operations or our supply chain.
- We are ready to affirm compliance with our customers supplier codes of conduct.
Business conduct and ethics
We do business honestly. Our people are expected to comply with the law, to avoid conflicts of interest or disclose them, to protect confidential information, to compete fairly, and to keep accurate records. Integrity is not negotiable, and we would rather lose a deal than win it dishonestly.
Anti-corruption and anti-bribery
We prohibit bribery and corruption in every form, including facilitation payments and improper inducements, whether offered to or by a public official or a private party. Our practices are consistent with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the United Kingdom Bribery Act. We expect the same of anyone acting on our behalf.
Human rights and anti-slavery
We respect human rights and provide a safe, lawful, and respectful workplace. We do not use or tolerate forced labor, involuntary labor, child labor, or human trafficking anywhere in our operations, and we expect our suppliers to uphold the same principles. This commitment is consistent with the aims of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act.
Supplier and third party standards
We expect the suppliers and partners we work with to meet the standards on this page, to comply with applicable law, and to extend equivalent expectations to their own suppliers. When we work with a customer, we are prepared to review, sign, and comply with that customer supplier code of conduct and third party standards.
Conflict minerals
We are a software and services group and we do not manufacture hardware or source raw materials, so we do not procure conflict minerals directly. Where a customer supply chain program requires it, we will cooperate with reasonable inquiries and support responsible sourcing expectations that apply to our role.
Environmental and social responsibility
Our footprint is primarily digital. We favor efficient, well run infrastructure, we operate responsibly in the communities we are part of, and we are ready to provide the environmental and social information relevant to our role when a partner sustainability program requests it.
Raising concerns
Anyone, inside or outside the company, can raise a concern about conduct or compliance in good faith without fear of retaliation. Contact us at mail@dotnetholdings.com and we will look into it.
